IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING VISITS TO THE OFFICE
MANAGING EXPOSURE RISKS (COVID-19) CORONAVIRUS

In response to the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland ordering the closure of nonessential businesses:

EFFECTIVE 3/24/2020

SHARED HORIZONS’ OFFICE WILL TRANSITION TO REMOTE STATUS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

ALL CORRESPENDENCE, ESPECIALLY PAPER RECEIPTS & REQUESTS MUST BE FAXED OR EMAILED

We must do what we can to minimize risks to our beneficiaries and our employees.

 

BUSINESS WILL CONTINUE TO OPERATE AND RESPOND TO REQUESTS, UPLOADS AND DEPOSITS ACCORDINGLY.  WE HAVE ARRANGED FOR OFFICE MAIL DELIVERY EVERY MONDAY AFTERNOON AND BILL PAYMENTS WILL BE MAILED EVERY THURSDAY.  ALL CORRESPENDENCE, ESPECIALLY PAPER RECEIPTS & REQUESTS MUST BE FAXED OR EMAILED.

1.   Are there any exceptions

Yes, for scheduled appointments and meeting and for people dropping off deposits.

 

2.   How long will we restrict in-person visits?

We are not sure. We are paying close attention to guidance provided by government agencies and medical personnel.

3.   Do I still have to send my receipts by the 5th of the month?

Yes, if you have difficulty emailing, faxing or uploading receipts, inform your Trust Administrator immediately.

 

4.   How do I schedule an appointment with my Trust Administrator?

Call or email. Anyone who answers will be happy to assist you.
