QUALITY OF LIFE PLANNING AWARD

 

The 2018 Quality of Life Planning Award was presented to the mother, Laquita Walters, and family of Keron Walters. We honored Ms. Walters and her family for the strides they've made over the years to engage the Shared Horizons’ Team Members within the established protocols while strongly advocating for her son, Keron, and adhering to the agreed upon budget. Though she did not always agree with the decision, she was agreeable – learning to work with the Team to enhance her son's quality of life when and wherever possible.
