2021 Disability Summit: Planning Long-term with Love & Purpose
has been POSTPONED to
Saturday, September 18, 2021
In response to heightened risks for the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the guidelines issued by government agencies, the Shared Horizons Board of Directors have decided to postpone the 2021 Disability Summit.
The decision to postpone the Summit was not taken lightly. However, we are obligated to ensure a healthy and safe environment for all summit attendees. We look forward to seeing you on our new date, Saturday, September 18, 2020.
All other Summit information remains the same. If you have already registered and are able to attend on the new date, your registration will transfer. However, if you are unable to attend and wish to receive a refund, please contact our office at 202-448-1460 or by email at email@example.com
