Charitable Fund Award
Shared Horizons' Board of Directors launched the Charitable Fund at our 2014 Dinner Dance of Thanksgiving. The fund was created to enhance the lives of people with disabilities through the purchase of goods and services not covered by public benefits.
If you are, or know of:
a person with a disability,
who lives in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia,
and can demonstrate financial need,
we encourage you to submit an application.
The Charitable Fund Committee will accept and review applications on a rolling basis, but will only review and approve 3 times per year. Contact our office using the information below to learn more about Shared Horizons' Charitable Fund.
